It’s Domestic Violence Awareness Month and Oasis has a month full of activities to help bring awareness to this important issue that impacts nearly everyone in all walks of life. Ashlie VanAgtmael, the violence sexual assault program director, joined us LIVE in the studio to talk about the events, and why it’s so important to recognize this issue.
- October 20 – Candlelight Vigil at the Cadillac Farmers Market, 6 – 7:30 PM
- October 21 – Stuff the Blue Goose, 4 – 6 PM at Walmart with MSP
- October 26 – Sweet Shop, 20% of Sales comes to Oasis
