A Kalkaska man is wanted on charges related to an accidental at his home this summer that claimed the life of a five-year-old child.
Investigators say eight children between the ages of five to fifteen were at the home near Mancelona in early August.
They believe another five-year-old had gotten ahold of a gun when it went off, but it remains unclear how the incident unfolded.
Currently, prosecutors are seeking charges against Jeremy Forker for second-degree child abuse, arguing Forker endangered the kids when he left the loaded gun in an accessible area of the home.
