MTM On the Road: Loafer’s Glory Serving Up Homemade Pies and Michigan Goodies

For 35 years, Loafer’s Glory has been a pillar of the Blanchard community.

It first started as a lumber and hard wear store, until JoAnne Camp and her husband turned the shop into a restaurant.

Their most know for their freshly made buttermilk pie—which JoAnne bakes every morning.

They also have sandwiches, pastas, and other desserts.

Since then, they’ve grown to include items made by local Michigan artisans.

The business is fully owned and operated by the family still.

They’ve also extended their retail space.

It’s a second location next door to Loafer’s Glory called “Auntie’s House.”
