There are thousands of kids in the foster care system in the United States, just waiting for the right people to welcome them into a family.
This week in Grant Me Hope, we meet Journie. She’s a little girl who cannot wait to meet a set of parents who will help her thrive.
Journie is 13 years old and in 8th grade. She likes to play sports like soccer, softball, volleyball and basketball.
She also enjoys baking cookies and cakes and gardening.
Journie has dreams of going to college, but for now, she simply wants a family to love her unconditionally.
