Registration Ends Friday For Oliver Art Center’s 30/30 Challenge

Friday is the final day to register for Frankfort’s Oliver Art Center’s 30/30 monthly challenge.

For the entire month of August, the nonprofit is encouraging people to be creative for 30 minutes a day, for 30 days.

People who register and participate for the entire month, will have the chance to win and Old Town kayak. Participants can be anywhere in the world, it’s not limited to Michigan.

The Oliver Art Center says it can be anything from writing, to riding a bike, watching a movie, and reading.

“Ultimately, we want people to realize you don’t have to be a painter, you don’t have to be a sculpture in order to engage in creativity,” said Mercedes Michalowski, Executive Director for the Oliver Art Center. “Creativity can be done in many different ways and it’s available and accessible to everyone… no matter their ability levels, their age, or their locations.”
