U.S. Prosecutors are asking a judge to order the Federal Bureau of Prisons to transfer all the money in Larry Nassar’s prison account.
Nassar has roughly $2,000 and prosecutors are wanting to use that money to provide restitution to at least five of Nassar’s victims.
They say Nassar has so far paid only $300 in penalties. Nassar owes roughly $57,000 in restitution and $5,000 towards a special assessment.
Nassar is currently serving a 60 year child porn sentence.
