Moderna is expanding the size of its clinical trial for it’s Covid-19 vaccine.
They are looking toward testing children ages five to 11.
The company hopes testing the vaccine among more children will help detect rare possible side effects. Moderna did not say how many children they hope to enroll.
Moderna expects to have supporting data for authorization by either winter of this year or early 2022.
