Adopt-A-Pet Tuesday: Sitka, Jack, Jill & Sugar

It’s Adopt-A-Pet Tuesday on Michigan This Morning!

This week we have Sitka, Jack, Jill and Sugar—just three of Northern Michigan’s many great, adoptable animals waiting for a loving family to take them home.

First up meet Sitka. She’s a two-year-old Siberian husky.

Sitka is full of energy. She loves to play and explore new places.

She’s also affectionate and likes to cuddle up and give kisses.

This pup loves to make new friends.

Her forever home must be a husky-experienced household.

You can meet Sitka at the Cherryland Humane Society in Traverse City.

Next we have a duo, Jack and Jill. They’re both hound mixes.

Jack and Jill are shy but active and playful.

They enjoy playing with toys. Jill’s favorite is a stuffed bunny.

They would do best being adopted into the same home.

You can find Jack and Jill at the Manistee County Humane Society in Manistee.

Lastly we have a domestic medium-hair cat named Sugar.

He’s calm but very playful.

Sometimes Sugar can be skittish, but with lots of bonding he will warm up to you.

Sugar gets along with other cats and dogs.

You can meet Sugar at the New Horizon Humane Society in Reed City.

Tune in to MTM each Tuesday at 5:20 a.m. and 8:50 a.m. for more lovable Northern Michigan pets in search of families of their own!
