A Marion woman that was arrested for open murder last year has taken a plea deal.

37-year-old Nicole Wagner pleaded no contest to involuntary manslaughter.

On June 9, 2020 the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were called to a home on 90th Avenue, near 19 Mile Road for a report of a shooting.

Osceola County Deputies said Wagner shot and killed 29-year-old Natasha Beebe from Marion.

Wagner was originally charged with open murder.

The courts say charges of second degree and manslaughter will be dropped as part of the deal.

Wagner is set to be sentenced on July 9 and faces anywhere between two and 15 years in prison.
