California Suspects Arrested for Killing Boy During Road Rage Incident

After a two week manhunt, two suspects in California are being charged after killing a six-year-old boy during what police say was a road rage incident.

On Sunday, Marcus Eriz and Wynne Lee were arrested outside of their Costa Mesa home.

The boy’s mother says Eriz cut her off in traffic and she admits to flipping him off.

Police say Eriz shot a gun into her car, hitting Aiden Leos in the stomach while his was riding in his booster seat. His mother says she was driving him to kindergarten.

Aiden’s funeral was held Sunday.

Prosecutors say the couple could face murder charges.

Police say they have also found the gun and car used in the shooting, although not at the suspects’ home.
