‘The Upshaws’ Page Kennedy Talks Michigan Roots, Netflix Show & Rap Music

Page Kennedy is one of the stars of Netflix’s hit new show ‘The Upshaws.’

The show also stars comedians Wanda Sykes and Mike Epps. The show follows an African American family in Indiana that struggles to make it work. Page plays Duck, Mike Epp’s character’s best friend. Duck is fresh out of prison and has changed his ways as a newly religious man.

But that is far from Page’s only talent! Page X

He is equally devoted to another passion of his, rap music.

His latest and third studio album, “Page”, features production by Grammy award-winning Aftermath producer Focus, Mic West and guest artists Method Man, Elzhi, Xzibit, Ali Caldwell, Lonny Bereal and Chief Wakil.

His music filters the global health crisis and socio-political injustices of the last year through the lens of his personal life while celebrating the resilience of Black and Brown people during these recently trying times as he looks towards the future.
