Putting for Patriots at Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf

You can work on your putting skills and help the heroes who have served our country at the same time.
All month long, Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf in Traverse City is inviting you to donate to several veterans organizations in their Putting for Patriots event.
Then , on Memorial Day weekend, they will be donating one third of their sales to those charities.  They include two national non-profits: Homes for Our Troops and TAPS.

This year, they’ve also added a local organization, Reining Liberty Ranch in Traverse City.
“We’re very careful about the charities we pick. They do a good job using money wisely. As for specifically what it’s used for, we allow each organization to make that decision. We spoke with the people at Reigning Liberty Ranch. We really like the people out there and some of the programs they run are just very beneficial, so we’re excited to be working with them this year, ” said Amy Gaudard, Regional Marketing Director for Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf.

Putting for Patriots is happening until May 31st at Pirates Cove Adventure Golf.
Over the last 14 years, the whole company , that includes 33 courses around they country, has raised $600,000 for veterans non-profits.
