MSP Responds to Early Morning Crash in Wexford County

Troopers from the Michigan State Police Cadillac Post responded to a two-vehicle crash on Mitchell Street and Mackinaw Trail in Clam Lake Township Tuesday morning.

A 2008 Jeep Liberty driven by 57-year-old man from Interlochen with two passengers ran a red light and struck a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado driven by a 63year-old Cadillac man that was turning left onto northbound Mitchell from Mackinaw Trail.

There were no reported injuries at the scene, but two passengers in the Jeep Liberty had to be extracted from the vehicle.
