Pfizer Submits Application for Full FDA Approval of COVID-19 Vaccine

Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine could be the first fully approved by the Food and Drug Administration.

On Friday morning the pharmaceutical company applied for full authorization.

The Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccines are currently only approved for emergency authorization.

Pfizer submitted their application for use in ages 16 and older.
