Grant Me Hope: Dustin

17-year-old Dustin describes himself as a fun, kind, and very loving kid, who wants a forever family with the same traits. We learn more about Dustin in this edition of Grant Me Hope. Dustin

He enjoys singing, drawing, reading, and listening to music. “I’m a huge book worm, and when I read, it takes me into a different universe,” he said. Dustin enjoys arts and culture subjects, and one day would like to go to concerts and plays with his family.

“I would like a family that has unconditional love and is patient with their children and has an open mind on stuff,” he explained. “It’s important for me to learn about all the things I can so I can grow up to be an accomplished adult”.

Dustin prefers to have two parents in his new forever family. His new parents should be experienced and trauma-informed. Dustin prefers a family with two or three siblings and a dog. His new family should be open to letting Dustin maintain his relationship with his cousin. Dustin also needs a family who will be open to letting him explore who he is and support him no matter what.
