U.S. Reaches 200 Million COVID-19 Vaccine Doses

The U.S. has passed another major vaccination milestone.

President Biden says more than 200 million vaccine doses have been administered a week before his 100th day in office.

He says this is an American achievement and a powerful demonstration of unity and resolve.

On Wednesday, President Biden called on employers to allow workers to get paid time off to get vaccinated.

He announced a new tax credit to offset the costs for businesses and nonprofits with less than 500 employees using money from the American Rescue Plan.
