Grand Traverse Co. Man Charged with Assault with Intent to Commit Murder
A Grand Traverse County man has been charged with assault with intent to commit murder.
According to deputies, Anthony Kucera is accused of repeatedly stabbed a man through an open car window in what the Grand Traverse County Sheriff’s Office is calling a road rage incident.
Deputies say Kucera drove by the victim’s Garfield Township residence around 4 p.m. last Tuesday. Kucera and the victim are familiar with each other, and the two exchanged words.
Following the exchange, the victim followed Kucera in his vehicle. At a stop sign, Kucera got out of his vehicle and began stabbing him through his open car window.
The victim was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.
