Mitch McConnell Warns Corporations to “Stay Out of Politics”

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell now has a warning for CEOs following Major Leagues Baseball’s decision to pull the All-Star Game out of Georgia.

McConnell says “corporate America is to stay out of politics. It’s not what you’re designed for.”

It comes after a number of corporations including American Airlines, Delta and Coca-Cola condemned Georgia’s new voting law.

Critics say the law makes it harder to vote by shrinking the window to send in absentee ballots, limiting the number of drop boxes and giving more control of elections to state lawmakers.

Now the All-Star Game will be played at Denver’s Coors Field.

Colorado is one of the easiest states for voting. Mail-in ballots are sent to every voter in the state.
