Morries Hall who was with Floyd when he was arrested
Hall told the court he will refuse to testify to avoid incriminating himself.
The judge says he will make a final decision about Hall by the end of the week
A Minneapolis police officer who trained Chauvin in crisis intervention and use of force testified yesterday.
