Grant Me Hope: Jacob

Jacob loves meeting new people and spending time with those closest to him.  In his free time, Jacob enjoys swinging, and he likes singing his favorite jingles from advertisements and otherJacob favorite tunes. He especially loves singing “Who Let The Dogs Out?”.

Car rides are very relaxing to Jacob, and one day would like to take a road trip to the seaside.

One of the people who knows Jacob calls him “a free spirit. He enjoys exploring his surroundings and engaging with caregivers. When you’re around Jacob, it is hard not to find yourself laughing with him, singing his favorite songs and reciting lines from his favorite videos.”

Jacob would do best with two experienced parents who can give him the supervision and one-on-one attention he needs. He also would do best as the only or youngest child in his new forever family. They also must be strong advocates for the services that will help Jacob excel. Finally, Jacob would do best with structure and routine.
