U.S. Administers 143 Million Doses Of Covid Vaccine
The CDC says about 143 million doses of the coronavirus vaccine have been administered in the U.S.
3.3 million doses of the vaccine have been administered since Saturday.
With the increase, the seven day average is currently around 2.7 million shots daily.
The CDC’s latest data shows that a total of 94 million Americans, or about 28% of the U.S. population, has received one dose of the vaccine.
Meanwhile, 52 million people have been fully vaccinated, which is about 15% of the U.S. population.
