President Biden Holds First News Conference Since Taking Office

President Biden plans to hold his first formal news conference on Thursday.

This is the longest a president has gone in the last 100 years without giving one right after talking office.

He’s expected to talk about the coronavirus pandemic, hitting key points in his stimulus relief bill and vaccination effort.

The president is also expected to talk about gun control following the two shootings within the last two weeks in Atlanta, Georgia and boulder, Colorado.

He is also expected to touch on the immigration crisis at the southern border.
