Adopt-A-Pet Tuesday: Pico, Sammie & Paco

It’s Adopt-A-Pet Tuesday on Michigan This Morning!

This week we have Pico, Sammie and Paco—just three of Northern Michigan’s many great, adoptable animals waiting for a loving family to take them home.

First up meet Pico.

He’s a terrier mix.

Pico is seven years old and knows many commands like shake, sit, stay and rollover.

He’s also a cuddle bug and will want to be with you all the time.

Pico even knows how to ring a bell when he needs to go outside to use the bathroom.

You can find him at the H.A.N.D.D.S. to the Rescue in Traverse City.

Next up we have an American Staffordshire terrier named Sammie.

She’s full of energy and likes to be the center of attention.

Sammie loves to play, especially if it’s a game of fetch.

This pup also loves affection and being around people.

You can meet Sammie at the AuSable Valley Animal Shelter in Grayling.

Lastly we have Paco.

He’s a Chihuahua and Jack Russell terrier mix.

Paco’s five years old and can be a little timid, but he’s extremely sweet and loving.

Sometimes small dogs can be nippy but Paco isn’t.

You can find him at Lake Haven Rescue in Newaygo.

Tune in to MTM each Tuesday at 5:20 a.m. and 8:50 a.m. for more lovable Northern Michigan pets in search of families of their own!
