Two More Cuomo Accusers Come Forward, Five in Total

Two more former staffers are accusing New York governor Andrew Cuomo of inappropriate behavior.

Five women have now come forward with allegations against the governor.

Karen Hilton says Cuomo summoned her to his hotel room in 2000. When Hilton got there, she says he intimately embraced her.

Cuomo was the Housing and Urban Development Secretary in the Clinton administration at the time.

Anna Liss has also accused Cuomo. She says he asked if she had a boyfriend, touched her lower back, and kissed her hand.

The New York State Senate leader says Cuomo should resign “for the good of the state.”

Many other lawmakers have joined in the call for Cuomo’s resignation, but he has pushed back against the idea of stepping down.
