Adopt-A-Pet Tuesday: June, Newton & Spaz

It’s Adopt-A-Pet Tuesday on Michigan This Morning!

This week we have June, Newton and Spaz– just three of Northern Michigan’s many great, adoptable animals waiting for a loving family to take them home.

First up, meet June.

June is 2-years-old and very intelligent. She is good with kids and loves to play. June loves playing catch and will bring you back the ball—most of the time.

This pup will do best in a home that is very active. She also loves to go on car rides.

You can find June at the Few Steps From Home in Gladwin.

Next up, meet Newton.

He’s a domestic shorthair mix with a gray and white fur. Newton loves affection, he will beg you to pet him.

He also does enjoy going outside, so Newton would be best for a home that will allow indoor/outdoor access.

This cat also loves to spend his days bird watching.

You can meet Newton at Lake County Animal Control in Baldwin.

Lastly, we have Spaz.

Spaz is a young cat who can be shy at first. But once he warms up to you, he will give you so much affection.

He also enjoys cuddling and getting his head and chin rubbed.

You can find Spaz at the Cherryland Humane Society in Traverse City.

Tune in to MTM each Tuesday at 5:20 a.m. and 8:50 a.m. for more lovable Northern Michigan pets in search of families of their own!
