Must Have Super Bowl Foods with Alpine Tavern & Eatery in Gaylord
While our Super Bowl celebrations may look different this year, that’s no reason you should have great food. Alpine Tavern & Eatery is open for in-person dining, outdoor dining and takeout for Super Bowl Sunday.

2 lbs Cream cheese
¼ Cup Buffalo sauce (Red-hot)
4oz. Blue cheese
¾ Cup Ranch dressing
Set cream cheese out to get room temperature or as an option place in the microwave for 2 minutes.
In a bowl mix buffalo sauce and ranch dressing with the blue cheese. Then add the cream cheese mixing well with whisk or a hand mixer.
Serve warm by either microwaving for 3 minutes or stirring occasionally or place buffalo dip in an oven safe dish at 350 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
1 ½ Cups flour
3 Cups water
2 lbs chicken tenderloins
3 cups fine italian bread crumbs
3 Tablespoons Olive oil
Flour Slurry In a medium bowl mixed together the flour and water with a whisk.
Prepare Bread crumbs
In a bowl mix oil and bread crumbs
Cut chicken at an angle approximately 1 ½ inches wide
put in flour slurry
Drain and place chicken in a bowl with breadcrumbs toss and lightly press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken pieces.
Put breaded chicken on a baking sheet place in refrigerator.
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces
Totchos (tater tot nachos)
Half a bag of Tater tots
4oz Shredded cheese blend
8-10 oz Nacho cheese sauce
1 lb Burger
1 package Taco seasoning
Cook tater tots according to the directions on the package and desired crispiness
Prepare 1 lb of burger according to the directions of taco seasoning package
Place prepared tater tots and casserole dish or other oven safe dish. Top with the taco meat and shredded cheese. Place the dish in the oven at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Warm the nacho cheese and pour the nacho cheese on top evenly. Let cool for a few minutes place on a platter and add the pico and sour cream to the top as desired. Enjoy.
