Member of Far-Right Group Turns Himself in After Chaos at The Capitol
A man who was involved in the riot at the Capitol has turned himself in to authorities near Colorado Springs.
Robert Gieswein is a member of a far-right group called the Three Percenters.
Court documents show on Sunday he was charged with five offenses, including entering the Capitol, spraying something at police, and helping move a barrier.
The sheriff’s office in Colorado Springs says they’re now turning Gieswein over to federal authorities.
