Fox Motors Hosts Basketball Benefit for Veterans In Crisis

Fox Motors is taking the assist on this basketball benefit for Veterans In Crisis.

They are hosting the Inaugural Crosstown Basketball Classic at Traverse City St. Francis Gym where the St. Francis Gladiators are taking on the Traverse City Central Trojans.

We were live with the organizers, Tom Gordon of Fox Motors and David Mikowski with Veterans In Crisis to talk about the event.

Tipoff is at 8 p.m. and doors open at 3:30 p.m.

Freshmen are set to start at 4:15 p.m. with Junior Varsity following at 5:30 p.m.

All proceeds of the game are going to benefit the TC St. Francis Basketball Program and Veterans In Crisis.

PLUS, Fox Motors is providing a 2020 Ford Explorer worth over 40 thousand dollars as a prize.

To enter all you have to do is buy a ticket to enter the drawing with a minimum 5 dollar donation requested, then be one of two people selected from each fan section. After this, you will be chosen to face off head-to-head with another contestant to sink a lay-up, free throw, 3-point, and a half-court shot in under 30 seconds.

Fox Motors will also be presenting a check for three thousand dollars to VIC during the event.
