Baked Brie with Garlic and Herbs

  • 2- 8oz rounds of Brie or Camembert cheese, wrappers removed
  • 2 garlic cloves peeled and sliced
  • 2 TB dry sherry
  • 1 bunch fresh rosemary
  • 1 bunch fresh sage
  • 2 TB Olive Oil

Oven 350

Oil the cheeses lightly and place on a baking sheet. Make 6-8 incisions in the top of the cheeses. Place garlic slices into the slits. Drizzle sherry on the cheese. Mix the fresh herbs w

ith the oil and pack them on top of the cheeses. Bake 15-18 minutes until cheese is gooey. Serve immediately with crudités or crusty bread.
