Adopt-A-Pet Tuesday: Rosco, Nova & Kona

It’s Adopt-A-Pet Tuesday on Michigan This Morning!

This week we have Rosco, Nova and Kona– just three of Northern Michigan’s many great, adoptable animals waiting for a loving family to take them home.

So we’re looking at a few shelter animals that are looking for a new home.

First up we have Rosco.

This guy can make anyone smile with his smile alone.

Rosco has trouble keeping his tongue all the way in his mouth but he doesn’t seem to mind at all.

It is just one of the many lovable quirks he has.

Rosco is great at learning commands and he especially likes to listen when treats are involved.

If you’d like to meet Rosco, you can find him at the Great Lakes Boxer Rescue in Interlochen.

Up next we have this little cutie, Nova.

Nova is a German Shepard mix and about as pretty as they come.

It may take some time for her to warm up to you, as she is a shy gal, but once she does you have a friend for life.

She loves to play and have fun and would do great in an active family.

If you’d like to meet this sweet lady, you can head to the Manistee County Humane Society.

And last but certainly not least, we have Kona.

Kona is somewhere from 2 to 4 and has plenty of love to give to anyone who is willing to give it right back to her.

She loves long walks and does great on a leash.

If you want to take her for a walk for yourself, you can find her at the Animal Rescue Coalition of Mecosta County in Big Rapids.

Tune in to MTM each Tuesday at 5:20 a.m. and 8:50 a.m. for more lovable Northern Michigan pets in search of families of their own!
