No Known Survivors Left on Island Following Volcanic Eruption in New Zealand

Dozens have been evacuated from an island off the coast of New Zealand after a deadly volcanic eruption.

But now search teams say there may not be any remaining survivors.

47 people were on White Island at the time of the explosion.

Six people are known to be dead but the death toll could rise, with at least eight more still missing.

The blast happened while tourists from a cruise ship were visiting the island.

Emergency crews have evacuated many to nearby hospitals.

But after several fly-overs, search crews say the chances that there are more survivors is bleak.

More searches will be conducted Tuesday.
