Everyone knows that driving in northern Michigan is already a dicey task, but add in some snow and ice and we are in for a real treat.
We had registered dietitian of , Grace Derocha in the Heritage House to talk all about how you can prepare for winter driving.
She recommends having an ice scraper, flashlight, some snacks, a blanket, a phone charger, some salt, and even emergency kit items like a flare, air tire pressure gauge, ponchos, a vest, jumper cables, zip ties, and work gloves.
