Oscar is a sweet 7-year-old in the second grade who has a nice personality, is upbeat, and funny as can be.
His worker said, “He sometimes is a little nervous if he’s new to a situation or to new people. He’ll probably do best in a household that is strict and consistent. The parents should also be patient and willing to help Oscar feel safe. The family must also be open to letting Oscar maintain his relationship with his siblings.”
He has a close bond with his siblings and this is very important to his success.
Oscar loves school and learning new things and is passionate about building things.
