Impeachment Inquiry: 4 Legal Experts to Testify

The impeachment process is kicking into high gear with the House Judiciary Committee announcing that four legal experts will testify in Wednesday’s hearings.

But President Trump is now fighting back against the decision to hold hearings while the annual NATO summit is going on.

With impeachment hearings moving forward, the president announced Sunday he and his staff would not attend as he would be in London for a NATO meeting.

The president says it was a tactical move, knowing he would be forced to choose between hearings and the NATO meeting.

But Democrats still question why White House staff members cannot participate and say Republicans are hiding behind arguments about the impeachment process.

A full report on the impeachment investigation was expected to be released Monday, but the House Intelligence Committee says delays pushed the release to later today.
