UAW and Fiat Chrysler Reach Tentative Labor Deal

The United Auto Workers Union and Fiat-Chrysler agreed on a new tentative labor deal Saturday.

The UAW says the agreement would lead to almost 8,000 jobs new over the length of the contract.

This marks the last round of negotiations between the UAW and the Detroit Big Three.

The deal also comes just days after the resignation of two top-ranking union leaders who have been investigated for corruption.

The new labor agreement between the UAW and Fiat Chrysler will still need to be ratified by union workers before going into effect.
