Wellness Wednesday: Preparing for Winter Sports

Northern Michigan winter sports season is here and with weather permitting, it will only get busier on the slopes.

That’s why we brought in Damon Whitfield, PT from Harbor Springs Therapy and Wellness to talk about how you can prevent injuries this season with some dynamic stretching.

It’s as easy as grabbing a towel or a paper plate and activating your hips through swinging and lunging motions.
