Pork Chop with Apple Slaw

Ingredients:

  • 2 rib in pork chops
  • 1 TB Canola oil

SLAW – Mix together and chill:

  • 2 apples, granny smith and gala, sliced very thin
  • ¼ C mayonnaises
  • 4 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • ¼ tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 2 celery stalks, inner ones sliced very thin on diagonal
  • 1 C parsley chopped
  • ½ head Napa cabbage, thinly sliced

Directions:

Grill chop to medium well, serve with slaw.
