Northern Michigan From Above: Point Iroquois Lighthouse

Point Iroquois Lighthouse in Chippewa County was first commissioned in 1857.

It is named after a battle between the local Ojibwa tribe and the invading Iroquois.

In addition to its rich history, the land surrounding is full of rich, vibrant colors.

Photojournalist Jim Lehocky takes us high above to show us the sights of fall in today’s Northern Michigan From Above.
