Safety experts slamming the FAA for failing to notice red flags and design flaws in the 737 Max.

More than 300 people have died in crashes on the Boeing plane.

A new report from aviation officials also blames Boeing for its design of the faulty plane.

They say Boeing did not fully explain the plane’s anti-stall system to the FAA.

That system pushed down the plane’s nose.

Investigators say it caused pilots in Ethiopia and Indonesia to lose control and crash.

The report also found the FAA didn’t know key details about the plane and its operation.

The 737 Max has been grounded since March.
