Classes Resume at Old Mission Peninsula School Following Fire

Students at Old Mission Peninsula School will finally get back to classes Tuesday after an electrical fire shut the school down a week ago.

The school says they found a breaker box smoking last Monday morning and immediately got the students out of the building.

The fire was contained just to the breaker box.

The school says they had three inspections Monday and got the green light to start classes again Tuesday.

They say before and after school care will resume on Wednesday.
