Sen. Bernie Sanders ‘Feeling Good’
Sen. Bernie Sanders says he’s “feeling good.”
That comes following surgery for a blocked artery that forced him to put his presidential campaign on hold.
Sanders was at a campaign fundraiser on Tuesday night when he began to feel some chest pain.
The senator was taken in for a check-up and doctors found a blocked artery.
Two stents were successfully inserted Tuesday night.
His campaign manager made the announcement that all of his campaign events would be canceled until further notice.
But Sanders has not said if he will end his campaign.
It’s unclear if Sanders will be well enough to participate in the next Democratic debate in two weeks.
