Michigan Flavored Vaping Ban Now in Effect

Wednesday is the start of a new age in Michigan.

The state’s ban on flavored vaping products is now in effect.

It comes after a judge decided she’s not ready to decide whether the ban on e-cigarettes should be stopped.

Arguments against the state by an Upper Peninsula vape shop owner were heard Tuesday in Petoskey.

The next hearing will be next Tuesday.

The state is accusing the makers of e-cigs of using flavors and ads to hook children.

The president has also proposed a federal ban on flavored e-cigs and vaping products.
