Fieldstone Market: Health Lattes Make their way to Northern Michigan

Who needs Pumpkin Spice when you have Butterfly Pea? Fieldstone Market in Grand Traverse County just released their new line of Simara Specialty Blends from Australia.

Fieldstone Market is one of few places in the United States to carry this product and has exclusive rights to it in the Traverse City market.

The line offers six different varieties- butterfly pea, charcoal, Turmeric, Purple Potato, Matcha and Beet root. Each variety is loaded with antioxidants and it’s a healthy alternative to espresso.

These drinks have been a hit. Dave Sears, the owner of Fieldstone Market says, “We’re making 50 a day right now. We’re just making latte after latte!”
