Power Facility in Cadillac Damaged in Early Morning Fire

Firefighters had to fight flames early Sunday morning at a power facility in Cadillac.

The fire department says they were called to Cadillac Renewable Energy just after 2 a.m.

They when they got there, all three employees who were working at the facility had gotten out safely.

Firefighters say they it took multiple hours to put out the fire and there was significant damage to one section of the facility.

The fire department says no employees or emergency crews were hurt.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
