MTM On The Road: 40th Annual Michigan Firemen’s Memorial Festival in Roscommon

The 40th Annual Michigan Firemen’s Memorial Festival is bringing the heat in Roscommon at the County Fire Training Grounds.

It’s to honor and remember the fire fighters, fire chiefs, and EMS that made the ultimate sacrifice while keeping our communities safe.

Thousands of people from across the country will flock to Roscommon to take a part of the festivities that include fire demonstrations, food, vendors, and other interactive activities that promote fire safety.

The event has free admission, free parking, and everyone is invited.

Happening Saturday, September 21 at 9 a.m. will be the Michigan State Firemen’s Association at the Memorial site to pay tribute to all fire fighters.

Also happening on Saturday at 9 a.m. Is the annual Firemen’s parade of bands with floats and the largest display of firefighting and rescue equipment in Northern Michigan.
