Help the Whole You with Spectrum Health Seminars
Keeping yourself and your information safe on the internet is not easy and it can be especially confusing for many.
Spectrum Health Big Rapids and Reed City hospitals are putting on another fall series of “Helping the Whole You”.
The first classes this week cover internet safety, they run from noon to 1 p.m. and a free lunch is provided.
A trooper with the Michigan State Police will teach attendees about how predators approach their victims, websites and apps to avoid and consequences of posting certain things online.
You must pre-register for the classes – Wednesday, Sept. 18 in Big Rapids, and Thursday Sept. 19 in Reed City both at the Michigan Works buildings.
