Chicago Woman Arrested in Montcalm County for Prescription Fraud

Deputies say pharmacists in Montcalm County prevented a woman from conning her way into prescription pills.

The sheriff’s office says Simone Conner of Chicago went to two pharmacies in the village of Edmore.

They say Conner gave pharmacists a fake name and tried to pay for a fake prescription with cash.

The second pharmacy called 911 and police then arrested her.

Conner is now in jail for multiple prescription fraud charges.
