New Tool for Reporting Senior Abuse Announced
Attorney General Dana Nessel’s Elder Abuse Task Force announced on Tuesday a new tool to report abuse.
The AG, state, Supreme Court, and police rolled out the first-ever statewide incident report.
The state has never had anything like it.
The new form identifies important steps for responding law enforcement officers to take if there is suspected abuse to a senior or vulnerable adult, be it physical, emotional or financial.
You can report any signs of elder abuse to the Attorney General’s Office through its anonymous elder abuse hotline or online.
