Wellness for the Family: Subscription Meals

It’s back to school season which means it is getting harder and harder to stay on top of those hefty and healthy meals for the whole family.

This week we checked in with registered dietitian Grace Derocha from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan to talk all about how you could benefit from subscription based meals.

There are so many options when it comes to subscription meal plans and some can be quite expensive, but Grace says that finding coupons and membership discounts can be easy! Plus, once you have the recipe, you can repeat it as many times as you want on your own.

They also give you the opportunity to try things that you never may have thought of and expand your eating habits for you and the whole family.
