MTM On The Road: Brinks Family Creamery in McBain

From cow to curd in less than 24 hours, in McBain is perfecting cheese curds.

Ber-Sher Farm is a four generation farm with more than 200 cows.

They started making cheese curds more than a year ago and have seven different flavors including ranch, black pepper steakhouse, spicy Cajun and more.

New to the farm is a store front where people can watch how they are making cheese curds and buy their very own package.

People can also find their cheese curds in more than 100 locations and will soon be found in J&H Family Stores and Family Fare!

Wednesday’s and Friday’s they will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and they are open on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
